To improve drug registration second review, Center for Drug Evaluation of SFDA issued Working Procedure for Drug Registration Second Review (interim) on February 27, 2009.

The Center for Drug Evaluation established a specialized working group to take charge of drug registration second review. The working group will organize the second review of chemical drugs, traditional Chinese medicines and biological products.
